1. If the delivered goods are either damaged, produced incorrectly or if copies have errors, these will be reprinted for you free of charge
2. In most cases, we do not require voucher copies by mail. Save time and money and simply send us 2-4 photos of the defects
3. If your goods arrive late, we will give you 5 € per working day of delay - you will receive this in the form of a voucher.
4. If you use our graphic service, we will create your designs until you are 100% satisfied
