State-of-the-art presses for the best packaging printing

We print all folding boxes exclusively using the high-quality offset process. This technique allows maximum flexibility in color reproduction and is suitable for printing photos, logos, color gradients or even the smallest fonts. Thanks to our versatile folding box configurator, very noble visual accents can be set by using gold or silver for lettering and logo markings. Almost any dimensions of a folding box can be realized.

Packing with printing from luxury cardboard boxes

Everything stands and falls with the right folding box material - which in our case is exceptionally white, and thus produces very noble color results. Our packaging board offers a grammage of ^380g/m2 and is therefore extremely stable and robust. Incidentally, the bending stiffness and whiteness are significantly higher than those of chromo board, which is normally used to make folding boxes.

Our B1 printing sheets are printed with your motif, then finished and finally die-cut. After die-cutting, all packaging is still glued by machine, so you only need to erect and close the flat-lying packaging.

Ecological & certified packaging printing

All WirliebenDruck plants for packaging printing are FSC certified. Besides our stand material Symbolcard, which is 100% biodegradable and made of pure cellulose, we offer even more ecological packaging cardboard, such as the Phoenograss cardboard or packaging made of kraft cardboard.
