What is the purpose of printing flexible Doypacks and stand-up pouches?

 

If products do not fit into conventional boxes or are loose, such as tea, then printed pouches are ideal as protective outer packaging! Thanks to the customizable and flexible material, the stand-up pouch adapts perfectly to your product. And the best thing is: the price already includes the complete and individual printing of your film packaging. This makes film bags perfect for packaging food, T-shirts or even documents.

What other words are there for doypacks?

 

There are different names for film packaging. On the one hand, there is the designation of film pouches, stand-up pouches or pouch packaging. But there are also English names like doypacks or pouches. No matter how they are called, the product is the same: a film printed on customer's order, which is processed into a bag with or without a bottom (flat bag).   • How do I seal printed Doypacks?

    For sealing your stand-up pouch we recommend this heat sealing machine from Hahnchen. If you want to seal the printed pouch airtight and tamper-proof with the help of a heat seal, simply place the upper edge of the pouches on the hot pressure point of the device and close the pouch.

  • Can flat bags and stand-up pouches with inspection windows be produced?

    Yes ! Simply select the transparent PET material and specify in your print file the areas that we should underprint with opaque white. This way you can decide for yourself how big the viewing window of your packaging should be.

     

  • Can multiple designs be printed per order?

    YES! Our sophisticated printing system allows a single order to be divided into several print motifs. This means that stand-up pouches and flat bags can now be printed even more flexibly! Simply select "multiple motifs" in the configurator and upload the desired number of motifs in the shopping cart or later in the customer area. We will then divide the total quantity ordered by the number of motifs. Example: You order 10,000 Doypacks with imprint and upload 5 designs. In this case, you will receive 200 pieces of each design.

  • How fast can be produced?

    We are considered one of the fastest stand-up pouch producers in Europe. We deliver printed doypacks and flat bags in as little as 7-9 business days. Other printers need more than 6 weeks for this!

  • What materials are available?

    1. PVC Glossy: Two-layer material with high opacity, glossy finish. Includes an oxygen barrier (EVOH) that protects flavors and from moisture. Most selected material.

      Material effect: High contrast colors, smooth surface.


    2. PVC Glossy Transparent: Same properties as PVC Glossy, but on transparent film. Opaque white can be used to create specific small viewing windows. If opaque white is not applied, the entire material is transparent. Ideal for designs with viewing windows.

      PET 12µ / PE EVOH PE WHITE 90µ
      Material effect: High-contrast colors, smooth surface, opaque white possible.


    3. PVC Matt: Two-layer material with high opacity, matte finish. Includes an oxygen barrier (EVOH) that protects flavors and from moisture.
      Most chosen material.

    4. PVC Matt Transparent: Two-layer material with high opacity, matte finish. Includes an oxygen barrier (EVOH) that protects flavors and from moisture. Ideal for designs with viewing windows.

    5. PVC Metallic: Three-layer, durable material with glossy surface. The inner and outer aluminum layer protects the product from heat, oxygen and light. The material surface is similar to that of a metal foil.

      Material effect: Ideal for designs with gold or metallic effect. Metal colored background.


    6. PVC Recyclable: Recyclable, two-ply mono-material with matte satin finish. EVOH oxygen barrier protects against moisture and flavor loss. Ideal for more environmentally friendly film packaging.
