Data Check Premium +

The Premium Data Check includes checking the print file for each product order according to the following criteria:

Checked - and if possible remedied - whether ...

• the side dimensions are correct
• all fonts are embedded
• your data is encrypted (e.g. password protection)
• Your data is defective
• the number of pages is correct (does not concern pagination and page order)
• the number of spot colors/color channels is correct (for products that require a specific spot color/number of color channels)
• the color space is correct (if not, it will be converted to CMYK)
• the resolution is correct (if not, you will be informed)
• Something could be cut off from the punch in the print

If you add a premium data check, it is valid for one item. Your product will not go into production until the data check is in order. Only the above mentioned factors will be checked. If we can correct the errors, we will send you the changed file for approval. If it is not possible, we will inform you about the errors with a request for modification. Provided that there are no errors, your file will immediately go into production.

Therefore, if you would like a proof in any case, please let us know separately in the comments field of the order.

What cannot be checked:

• Whether the colors / arrangements / design elements you have chosen are also intended to be
• The line thickness of a contour is sufficient for the respective product or print type
