Questions about the online designer

Allowed file extensions are "jpg", "jpeg", "png", "bmp", "gif", "tiff", "svg", "pdf", "ai" and "psd" - files. You can upload them using the upload button on the right side.

The online designer is a software that we have specially developed for you to be able to design printed matter without graphic knowledge and without graphic programs. This way you can design folding boxes completely according to your wishes without having to hire a graphic designer for this. The questions answered here should help you to use this software.

To use the software, visit the product page of a product and configure it according to your needs. As an example, we will mention an oval pillow box. When you are done, click on the "Design Online" button displayed on the top right. Now the software will start in a few seconds and show you your personalized pillow box in the unfolded state.

Now add graphics from your computer, free texts or predefined layouts from our graphics database via the right sidepanel. Numerous elements from our public gallery can even be colored in your desired color.

You can create a three-dimensional preview of your product at any time from within the graphic designer. To do this, simply click on the "save & to 3D preview" button displayed at the top right. In a few moments our software will generate a rotatable preview of your design.

IMPORTANT: please note that depending on the size of your design, preview generation may take a few seconds. Do not cancel the process to avoid deleting your design.

We have put a lot of work to create a designer that represents the chosen colors as realistically as possible. However, please note that this is digital software. The display of the colors will depend on your monitor, your computer settings and the color settings of your monitor. To be absolutely sure that you have entered the correct CMYK color values, we recommend using our color guide, which allows you to check the color codes ready printed.

You can click Save Project at any time during your design in the online designer. Give your project a name, and then click save.

You can then open the project at a later time at any time. Attention: opening a project is only possible if you have previously selected the same product parameters as at the time of the project.

Even after you have completed your order, you have the option to change the design via your customer menu. To do this, go to the top of ORDERS and then to the desired order. Click on INFO and then on CHANGE PRINT DESIGN
