Here you will find questions and answers about our loyalty program, which allows you to earn bonus points with every print job.

  • Can I merge bonus points?

    It is not possible to merge bonus points from multiple accounts.

  • How do I get bonus points?

    You will automatically receive bonus points credited to your account with each order, provided that you rate the order after receiving the goods on on this page! The bonus points will be credited to your account only after your rating has been checked.

  • How does the quantity discount work?

  • How can I redeem my bonus points?

    You collect bonus points in your account with every order. From now on, you can easily redeem them in the shopping cart. To do so, add a product of your choice to the shopping cart. Then click on"REDEMPT" to deduct your collected discount from the shopping cart value.
